Zeta's Apocalypse Workout

As a seasoned post-apocalyptic fitness guru, I've seen it all. Well, almost all. The zombie hordes, the toxic rain, the never-ending supply of canned goods.

Today's Workout:

Exercise 1: Exercise in the Apocalypse (3 sets of 10 squats while avoiding landmines)

Exercise 2: Post-Apocalyptic Yoga (20 minutes of downward-facing-dog, while listening to the sound of distant thunder)

Exercise 3: End of the World Hiking (5 miles of trekking through the ruins of civilization, while navigating through rubble and broken glass)

Stay fit, stay alive, and always wear your sunscreen... or not. We're not really sure.
